Step by step, you will find below all the necessary information to get started and understand our quotation tool in order to use it to the fullest.

Our tool has been designed for you, so that you can quickly get an estimation of the cost of your planned event.

At the top of each screen is a navigation bar indicating your progress in developing your quote.

The colored steps in light blue, from left to right, indicate your progress and the steps you have already completed. You can at any time click on them to return to the desired step to modify it.

The gray steps are the steps to be finalized before you can access the final quote.

Guests

This screen allows you to enter the number of people you plan to invite for your event.

The number of people will condition the types of event that we are able to offer you.

If your request concerns an event with less than 20 or more than 200 guests, you will be invited to contact us directly to see how we can help you to organize your event.

Service choice

This screen allows you to choose the event service for which you want to obtain a quote.

The type of service you can choose depends on the number of guests you entered in step #1.

On this screen, you can tell us if, among your guests, there are specific menus, such as a diet without salt or gluten.

Services for which the number of guests is insufficient or too high are grayed out and can not be selected.

Complementary food

In each service we offer, we include a sufficient number of food pieces per person.

However, it is possible that you want to customize our service by a complementary choice of different gastronomic options.

The options you can choose are specific to the service you have chosen, in order to offer you the most relevant choices.

The options that are proposed are priced either by person or by unit. In the case where the option is proposed to the unit, we automatically calculate the number of necessary units according to the number of guests.

Complementary drinks

This step allows you to complete the drinks we include in the service you have chosen.

The drinks you can choose are specific to the service you have chosen, in order to offer you the most relevant choices.

The drinks that are presented are priced per unit, usually a bottle or a pack of bottles. In the case of a pack, we automatically calculate the number of packs needed based on the number of guests.

Location

At this stage, you will have to enter the place where your event will take place.

The type of place allows us to anticipate in advance what arrangements to make, especially when it is a public place or one that you have booked especially.

Entering the address of the event venue is Google assisted. However, it is possible that it can't find your address. In this case, you will be asked to fill the postal code.

MonPanierBleu Events covers for the moment the departments of Alpes-Maritimes (06) and Var (83).

Date

At this stage you will need to enter the date you are considering for your event.

Depending on the number of guests, you will need to schedule the following deadlines to confirm your request :

  • For events up to 20 people : 48h in advance
  • For events between 20 and 100 people : 72h in advance
  • For events of more than 100 people: 5 days in advance

The time of day you can select depends on the type of event you have chosen.

Staff

This step allows you to specify the staff you might need to help you during your event.

Depending on the number of guests, we automatically calculate the necessary staff, taking into account the type of staff chosen.

Regarding on the date and the period of the day you have choosen, the costs may vary. Indeed, Sundays, holidays and events that take place in the evening are increased.

Animations

This step allows you to select a whole bunch of animation that will complete your event.

We offer a wide choice of entertainment, whether culinary workshops, musical entertainment (DJ, Groups, ...) and even artistic, thanks to our local partners network.

The prices of each culinary workshop is a fixed cost related to the type of workshop, and a variable cost related to the number of workshop participants.

Services

At this stage, you can choose furniture, decoration, materials, lighting and also photographers and videographers.

Event summary

This step shows all the information that you have filled in order to establish your quote.

At this point, you can modify any step of your request.

This step is the last one.
